These terms govern your use of FareRadius. By using FareRadius, you agree to these terms.

Flight search

FareRadius uses Duffel to search live airline offers. Search results are informational until a booking is completed with an authorized provider. Availability, schedules, and prices can change at any time. FareRadius checkout is not available while payment activation is being completed.

Other bookings

FareRadius is not the merchant of record for linked hotels, rental cars, tours, restaurants, or retail products. Transactions completed on another provider’s website are governed by that provider’s terms, cancellation policy, and privacy practices.

Affiliate relationships

FareRadius may earn compensation from qualifying bookings or purchases made through certain partner links.

Planning information

Itineraries, weather guidance, packing lists, complete-trip cost estimates, flight times, and airport-radius comparisons are planning information and may change. Verify important information with the provider before travel.

Traveler responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for accurate passenger information, passports, visas, health documentation, and entry requirements.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with FareRadius, attempt unauthorized access, extract data at scale, make fraudulent purchases, or use the service unlawfully.

Disclaimer and liability

FareRadius is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. FareRadius is not responsible for airline schedule changes, cancellations, missed connections, denied boarding, baggage issues, border decisions, or other events controlled by airlines, governments, providers, or travelers. To the extent permitted by law, FareRadius will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.

We may update these terms as FareRadius evolves. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date.
