Planning information

FareRadius provides informational travel-planning tools and recommendations. Information may be generated or supplied by third parties and can change without notice. Verify prices, availability, operating hours, entry requirements, weather, safety information, and other important details directly with authoritative sources before traveling or purchasing.

Third-party bookings

FareRadius is not currently the merchant of record for third-party hotels, transportation, activities, restaurants, or products. When you follow a link to another provider, your transaction is with that provider and is governed by its terms, cancellation policy, and privacy practices.

Affiliate relationships

FareRadius may earn compensation from qualifying bookings or purchases made through certain links. Compensation does not increase the price charged by FareRadius, although third-party pricing may change independently.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse FareRadius, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, extract data at scale, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

Intellectual property

The FareRadius name, branding, software, and original content are owned by FareRadius or its licensors. These terms do not grant permission to copy, distribute, or commercially exploit them.

Disclaimer

FareRadius is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose to the extent permitted by law. Travel involves risks, and users remain responsible for their decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FareRadius will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service or a third-party product or service.

We may update these terms as FareRadius evolves. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date.
