FareRadius flight bookings
For a flight purchased directly through FareRadius, include your FareRadius order number, airline booking reference, traveler name, and a brief description of the issue. Airline fare rules determine whether a ticket can be changed, cancelled, credited, or refunded.
Partner reservations
For hotels, rental cars, tours, or products purchased on a partner’s website, contact that provider directly using the confirmation they supplied.
Keep payment information safe
Never email passwords, complete payment-card numbers, card security codes, or full passport images. FareRadius support will not ask you to send those items by email.
