Privacy Policy

This policy explains how FareRadius handles information when you use our travel-planning and flight-booking services.
Information you provide
When you book a flight, we process traveler names, dates of birth, gender, email addresses, phone numbers, and any passport information required by the selected airline. We may also receive trip preferences, saved-trip information, and support communications.
Payment information
Card information is entered directly into Duffel’s secure payment component. FareRadius does not receive or store complete card numbers or security codes. We may receive limited payment details such as payment status, card brand, and the final digits of a card for transaction support.
How information is used

- To provide confirmations and customer support
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats
- To comply with legal and accounting obligations
- To improve FareRadius services
Service providers
We share information as necessary with Duffel, airlines, payment processors, hosting providers, and other providers involved in completing or supporting a requested booking. Those providers may process information in other countries and under their own privacy terms.
Technical information
Our hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, and timestamps for reliability, fraud prevention, and aggregate measurement.
Affiliate links and cookies
Outbound partner links may contain an affiliate identifier. With your consent, FareRadius loads Travelpayouts Drive from emrld.ltd. This service can recognize eligible travel links, convert them into tracked affiliate links, and use cookies or similar technology to attribute clicks and qualifying transactions. You may decline this optional tracking or change your choice through Cookie settings. Declining does not affect flight search. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
Retention and choices
We retain booking and transaction information as reasonably necessary to provide support, meet airline and legal requirements, prevent fraud, and maintain business records. You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some booking records must be retained for legal or operational reasons.
Children
FareRadius is not directed to children under 13. Adult customers may provide required passenger information for children traveling in their party.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards and avoid directly handling complete card details, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
